Overview of Changes to Pubic Tendering Act……

 

These changes have been several years in the development stage and while I have attached an overview for changes, it is still very difficult to determine how or to what extent it will affect the Heavy Civil  Industry. There is no list of, here are the changes for every RFT or RFP type. I believe the changes will rollout over the next year or two and will be adjusted based on public / industry feedback and measurable added value.
