$200 for 1/4 page
$300 for 1/2 page
$500 for full inside page
$750 for full page inside front cover or back cover page
$1200 (great value) for 2 page center spread, “member profile”

With regard to the specs, a high resolution JPEG works best but a PDF FILE scaled for 7 1/2″ x 10″ to be placed on a 8 1/2 x 11 sheet will work as well.
